This package is now part of ClusteredLowRankSolver.jl.

Functions for generating various polynomial bases, and for generating sample points. Functions generating a basis are have the prefix bases. Functions generating sample points have the prefix sample_points, the result is a vector of vectors containing the (1, 2 or n coordinates of the) sample points.
