CellSegmentation

Early project begun as part of playing with the Human Protein Atlas. Currently includes ML-free "old school" algorithms to quickly segment cell nuclei and full cells in HPA images.

Style

The author is new to Julia, and will likely be inconsistent by mistake. Overall, the YASGuide style is a good call. Another good resource is the JuMP Style Guide.
